EUROGROUP: A COMPANY THAT COMES FROM AFAR
A strong company due to a long experience of thirty years in the industrial sector of both ice cream and yoghurt, in 1997 EUROGROUP was born.
Utilising experience, we thought of manufacturing fermentation machines that produced yoghurt with industrial technologies, but with craftsman concepts.
The know how acquired in the large machines were transferred into fermentations having the possibility to produce 25 - 65 kg per cycle; from the alliance an excellent quality of yoghurt was obtained, always fresh and, therefore, healthier because it is rich with milk ferments.
The move to transform yoghurt into frozen yoghurt was much shorter - this is how YOGHURT ISLAND and ICE AGE were born.
The sales philosophy is enclosed in this concept: where YOGHURT ISLAND and ICE AGE are, the client is offered homemade yoghurt and this is the most evident demonstration that frozen yoghurt is just that.
PHILOSOPHY
THE CLIENT IS AT THE CENTRE OF EVERY MANUFACTURING PROCESS AND REPRESENTS THE FIRST AND FUNDAMENTAL MAINSTAY OF THE COMPANY CHAIN.
The company philosophy of Eurogroup is aimed at the comprehension of the customer needs and the development of personalised solutions, while maintaining the constant image of franchising.
What is important for us is: never diminish the quality of the product in order to lower the price, but to obtain this result our secret is only one: from the manufacturer to the client without intermediates, the purchaser buys at factory prices.
For Eurogroup, one of the continuous stimulants is that of comparing with our colleagues of the sector (some call them competitors) inviting those who want to start an activity of a yoghurt parlour to make a comparison with our YOG counters and those of our colleagues.
Being that we are the only franchise in Italy that possesses a high technology manufacturing unit (alphanumeric laser), we can carry out the manufacturing entirely in inoxsidisable steel, with refrigeration units underneath that are ventilated and automatically defrosted, in fact, we never utilise wooden parts for our structures since the same easily deteriorate over time.
